Pain Management-
Our daughter, Madeline, was in excruciating pain after her bilateral foot surgery. Nothing was working to relieve the pain, including narcotic medication. We felt helpless as parents to ease her pain and could not get her to sleep. Thankfully Megan was there to guide Madeline through meditation over the phone. The results were like a miracle. Within a few minutes of guided meditation, Madeline became calm and was experiencing much less pain. About 10 minutes later, Madeline was sound asleep and slept comfortably through the night. We cannot be more appreciative and impressed with what Megan was able to do with guided meditation. We now refer to Megan as the "Miracle Girl!"

Life Stressors and Anxiety-
My life like many others is crazy, hectic and stressful. And although I think I have it all together that I can handle anything that is thrown my way, reality is I can't. I was reaching a breaking point. I put myself last. And to be honest, I couldn't even figure out why... Or what I needed to be more productive, more calm. I went through guided meditation with Megan. I am the BIGGEST skeptic, but I decided to try it. This session with Megan brought to light so many things. It put things in perspective. I felt relaxed, calm, centered and I walked away from the experience with a " pep in my step". Since this session, I have been able to find the calm I needed in my life, the mindset to approach and recognize my stressors and the mindset to address them. I have been able to put myself and my well being first and still take care of all of my responsibilities. This was the most amazing, enlightening experience. I didn't even know my needs, I thought I did, but I didn't. Megan guided me to the place I needed to be. I look forward to more sessions with Megan.
